Our room prices are per adult person and night or package including VAT and half board. Price differences result from the different location and size of the rooms.
The local tourist tax, currently set at EUR 4.70 per adult per night and EUR 3.90 per child (teenager) per night for guests aged 10 to 16, will be billed separately.
On request, you can also book your stay including breakfast buffet only. In this case, the indicated prices are reduced by EUR 20.00 per person/night. (However, this is not possible for online bookings and packages).
On the day of arrival, your room is usually available from 3.00 pm. Should you arrive after 8.00 pm, please inform us accordingly. On departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am.
We spoil you with culinary delights every day with a rich late riser breakfast buffet (7.15 am to 10.45 am) and a varied half-board (buffet) from 6.00 pm to 8.45 pm.
If you do not make use of the dinner as part of the booked half board, we will credit EUR 20.00 per person/evening to your room bill. Please inform the hotel reception by 11.00 a.m. on the same day. However, this is not possible for online reservations via a portal or tour operator.
In our restaurant “Wittelsbacher Stube” and on the garden terrace in summer we offer you a selection of à la carte dishes – also for the “small appetite”. Please also discover our culinary offers.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel – in the rooms and in all public areas. We hope for your understanding here.
All rooms and rooms have smoke detectors. These are connected directly to the control center. A false alarm due to smoking will be charged by the fire department.
Cancellation of your room reservation is usually possible free of charge up to 4 weeks before the date of arrival. We reserve the right to charge 70% (for HB) or 80% (for B&B) according to the DEHOGA rate if the room cannot be rebooked for this period. The same applies in the event of late arrival or early departure.
To avoid this unpleasant situation for both parties, we recommend that you conclude a travel cancellation agreement. You will receive information about this together with our booking confirmation.
Otherwise, the provisions of the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA) apply.
General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (according to DEHOGA)
If no other agreements have been made between the landlord and the tenant, the following conditions apply:
The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the accommodation has been ordered and confirmed. Both verbal and written forms are binding for the confirmation.
The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration for which it was concluded.
The landlord is obliged to pay compensation to the guest if the accommodation is not provided.
If the contractual services are not used, the guest is obliged to pay the agreed or customary price, less the expenses saved by the landlord. These savings amount to:10% of the price for vacation apartments
20% of the price for bed and breakfast accommodation
30% of the price for half-board accommodation
40% of the price for full-board accommodation
In the event of non-utilization, the landlord is obliged to rent the released accommodation to another party as soon as possible and to calculate the resulting proceeds with the amount paid in order to keep the damage as low as possible. The guest must pay the amount calculated in accordance with clause 4 until the accommodation is rented to another party.
In all other respects, the provisions of the German Civil Code apply to the contractual relationship and also to the landlord’s liability for items brought in.
We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation agreement.
