Our room prices are per adult person and night or package including VAT and half board.
Price differences result from the different location and size of the rooms.
The local tourist tax of currently EUR 3.20 per adult person/night and EUR 2.55 for children (teenagers)/night aged 13 to 16 will be charged separately.
On request, you can also book your stay including breakfast buffet only.
In this case, the indicated prices are reduced by EUR 20.00 per person/night.
(However, this is not possible for online bookings and packages).
Our children’s prices are based on occupancy of a double room/family room with 2 full-paying adults.

Sufficient parking spaces are available on the hotel grounds.
We charge EUR 6.50 per night for a garage parking space (single box/limited availability).
All rooms have a flatscreen TV with cable connection, minibar (not filled) and digital safe.
Our rooms are divided into categories.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee fixed room numbers and floors.
On the day of arrival, your room is usually available from 3.00 pm.
Should you arrive after 8.00 pm, please inform us accordingly.
On departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am.
We spoil you daily with a rich late riser breakfast buffet (7.15 am to 10.45 am) and a varied half-board (buffet) from 6.00 pm to 8.45 pm.
If you do not make use of the evening meal as part of your booked half-board, we will credit EUR 20.00 per person/evening to your room bill.
Please inform the hotel reception by 11.00 a.m. on the same day.
However, this is not possible for online reservations via a portal or tour operator.
In our restaurant “Wittelsbacher Stube” and on the garden terrace in summer we offer you a selection of à la carte dishes – also for the “small appetite”.

Dogs are welcome on request.
We charge between EUR 8.50 and EUR 12.50 per night (depending on size).
Out of consideration for other guests, four-legged friends are not allowed in the dining room, our wellness area or on the sunbathing lawn.
(On request, we can reserve your table at mealtimes in our à la carte restaurant “Wittelsbacher Stube”).
Please be sure to register your pet before arrival.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel – in the rooms and in all public areas.
We hope for your understanding here.
All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors.
These are directly connected to the control center.
A false alarm due to smoking will be charged by the fire department.
As we do not require a reservation deposit, we ask you to pay your hotel bill in cash or by card.
We accept all major card types:

Cancellation of your room reservation is generally possible free of charge up to 4 weeks before the date of arrival.
If you cancel less than this, we reserve the right to charge 70% (for half board) or 80% (for B&B) according to the DEHOGA rate if the room cannot be rebooked for this period.
The same applies to late arrival or early departure.
In order to avoid this unpleasant situation for both parties, we recommend that you conclude a travel cancellation agreement.
You will receive information about this together with our booking confirmation.
Otherwise, the provisions of the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA) apply.
General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (according to DEHOGA) If no other agreements have been made between landlord and tenant, the following conditions apply:
- The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the accommodation has been ordered and confirmed.
Both verbal and written forms are binding for the confirmation. - The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration for which it was concluded.
- The landlord is obliged to pay compensation to the guest if the accommodation is not provided.
- If the contractual services are not used, the guest is obliged to pay the agreed or customary price, less the expenses saved by the landlord.
These savings amount to:10% of the price for vacation apartments 20% of the price for overnight stays with breakfast 30% of the price for overnight stays with half board 40% of the price for overnight stays with full board - In the event of non-utilization, the landlord is obliged to rent the released accommodation to another party as soon as possible and to calculate the resulting proceeds with the amount paid in order to keep the damage as low as possible.
The guest must pay the amount calculated in accordance with clause 4 until the accommodation is rented to another party. - In all other respects, the provisions of the German Civil Code apply to the contractual relationship and also to the landlord’s liability for items brought in.
- We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation agreement.
